Deposits and Withdrawals
2.1 Deposit Methods
Deposits at ux77 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is 10,000 Ks.
2.2 Withdrawal Processing
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are normally processed within one hour. Delays may occur due to technical issues with payment providers, but we do our best to process them as quickly as possible.
2.3 Financial Verification
Before requesting a withdrawal, players must meet the deposit amount requirement and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals will only be processed upon successful verification. We may carry out a KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time.
2.4 Currency
The ux77 platform operates in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. ux77 is not responsible for any foreign currency conversion fees or bank charges.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
3.1 Welcome Bonus
ux77 offers a 100% welcome bonus — up to 200,000 Ks for first-time depositors. To withdraw winnings from this bonus, you must wager the bonus amount 25 times.
Wagering Example (2): Deposit 420,000 Ks → receive 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum cap) → account balance becomes 620,000 Ks → must wager 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks
3.2 Bonus Eligibility
The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player. Winnings from the bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement is met. We reserve the right to determine which games contribute to or are excluded from bonus wagering, with separate conditions applied.
3.3 Bonus Cancellation
ux77 may suspend, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. The non-bonus balance (deposited funds) where wagering requirements have not yet been met may be withdrawn at any time.
3.4 Fraudulent Bonus Claims
If a player is found to have claimed bonuses through duplicate accounts or by other improper means, all bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be fully voided and the account may be closed.
VIP Levels and Referral Program
4.1 VIP Tiers
The ux77 VIP program has 5 levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Players can advance through levels based on their play activity and points accumulation rate. Benefits at each VIP level are as follows—
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Cashback amounts, reference periods, and wagering requirements are set by ux77 and may change without prior notice.
4.2 Referral Program (Refer a Friend)
The referring player will receive 5% of the first deposit made by the referred player as bonus money, with a maximum of 30,000 Ks per friend. In addition, the referrer is entitled to a weekly commission of 0.1% of the referred players' valid bets.
If anyone is found using the referral program to deceive, create duplicate accounts, or claim commissions through fraudulent means, all commissions will be voided and the account will be closed.
Fair Play and Prohibited Actions
5.1 Fair Play
Games at ux77 are based on Random Number Generator (RNG) or Live Casino technology, meaning game results are random and cannot be predicted before play begins. ux77 always puts fair play first.
5.2 Prohibited Actions
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ux77 platform—

- Bypassing gameplay through technical exploits
- Creating duplicate accounts to fraudulently claim bonuses
- Any matters related to money laundering in any form
- Exploiting vulnerabilities to manipulate the platform in an unintended way
5.3 Fraud Detection
ux77 uses and has integrated advanced technology to detect these violations. If a breach is found, the player's account will be closed immediately and any funds in that account may be forfeited.
